There are 10-20 countries with a monarch today (many of which have little or no power or carry a title other than king) - Uganda is not one of them - watch the King Of Scotland if u r interested in Idi Amin (1980s)
The ruler today is Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

It doesn't have one. Maybe you heard about that movie called, "The Last King of Scotland." It is recounts the life of Uganda's dictator, Idi Amin.
