he's talking about himself, wanting to here his own songs played, and that he's having a good time just having a "one-night-stand" with a girl and has no intention of marrying her.

Lil' Romeo is the son of Master P. He was a rapper but now he has a show on Nik. I think he comes out with a rap song every now and then but I don't follow his music. If that is the Lil' Romeo you're talking about.
