Yes because you placed a question mark there, so I would know you were asking something.
So, the answer is yes. If you had left the question mark off the end of your writing, I wouldn't exactly say no...
It's difficult to get a handle on this, bear with me, the fact you say, IS THIS; also says it's a question.
Do you see where I'm coming from? Now, that's a question and you have got me in trouble with yahoo, because I'm not allowed to answer a question with a question,
I'll speak to you later!

Yes, because it has an answer. And yes, because it has a question mark. And yes, because you asked, therefore making it a question.

Yes of course it is a question because you're questioning the existence of your question. Plus, question marks at the end can make pretty much anything into a question.
ie. Cheese? - Possibly meaning ''Do you want some cheese? ;]''
There was nothing in that example xD Just the first random word that came to my head. =D.

Yours is a "self-referential" question.
In general any statement which refers to itself (to its own content and /or structure) is a "self-referential statement." Here are some examples:
This sentence has an exclamation point at its end!
This sentence is six words long.
This sentence no verb.
So the answer is "yes"--yours is a question, a self-referential one.

Not all questions have answers. Rhetorical questions for example. This is a question because you are proposing a proposition in order to gain information. Therefore, a question.

You should change your question to "Is this a stupid question?" Then the answer would definitely be "YES".
