It says 847.63

The cash register displays 847.63, which according to Matt Groening, is the average price to raise a baby in 1989, per month.

Ok, I went to imdb.com and according to the trivia information on the show it always says $ 847.63 except in the 1989 anniversary special when it said NRA 4EVER. The monetary amount is from a survey that creator Matt Groenig found showing that this was the amount that a baby cost each month.

Don't know about all of them but i have season 3 on dvd and i've checked for you and it says
847.63.
