A good site to go and talk about it is the BHO board. http://www.breasthealthonline.com

I had a breast reduction/lift in Feb '06 and that site helped me out a lot. I only wish I got it done sooner.

If you have back pain you can get your reduction/lift covered by insurance (mine covered it 100% but others are 60-100% coverage). Check out the FAQ and insurance forums on that site.

I had no pain at all during my recovery and I stayed overnight in the hospital for my surgery. I was out of work for two weeks, but for you with an additional tummy tuck would probably be out for longer as well as a lot more light and restricted duties.

You won't really be to your full size till at least a year, and scarring is not to worry about if you have some scar creams (my scars are 95% gone and I had my surgery 11 months ago).

I feel the same way. I am a size 4, but I have saggy breasts and a saggy tummy due to three C-sections and nursing three babies. Next month I am scheduled for a single operation that will cost me $16,000 for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation/lift with the new teardrop-shaped breast implants. I'm very excited and I plan on going nude all next summer! I've waited for 12 years to get my body back!

I think you are confused. A breast reduction is for overly large (and heavy) breasts. I think you want a breast lift.
With respect to breast reduction, I have a sister who got one. She is pleased to be able to buy a normal bra size (one you can buy in a store, instead of having to get an extra big cup size by mail order.) However, she was unable to breast feed the children she had after the procedure.

You say this isn't for vanity, but I think you are wrong. *Sagging* tummies and breasts are image problems.
*Oversized* breasts can cause serious back trouble.
