i have passed some graduate courses in university....so which of those is my degree?!

I'm not quite sure of your question.
Normally you would take all your modules or courses each semester and pass them so that you could accumulate the credits and go on to the next year (you would get an academic transcript of all your results). At the end of three years study, you will have gained enough credits to graduate as a BA Hons, Bsc Hons etc. and, depending on how well you did, you would get a First or a 2:1, 2:2 etc. You would then be informed by your University that you had gained a degree and were now a Graduand and would be invited to a degree conferring ceremony where you would formally receive your degree, thereby becoming a Graduate.
