I have a job offer but with $300 lesser and I have yet to get bonus from my current job. Should I take it or wait till I have get the bonus and get another job? Guess they won't want to wait that long too.

Bonus only around mid Feb.

I will wait for the bonus first afterall Ithink I deserved the bonus for the effort that I have spend with the current company. After getting the bonus then I will look for job again. Alternatively check with the new employer to see if they are willing to wait for sometime

explain to new place the situation. if bonus is in next few weeks, they will understand. they won['t let you wait 6 months though. Assuming you prefer the new job, don't endanger it for short term considerations

Be a little patience, just a few weeks more to wait. After that, kiss your bonus and say "bye" to your boss.

If you enjoy what your doing and you can make ends meet I would stay, I would only leave if I were unhappy. Its very important to ME to be happy where I work and that would probably be the most important reason for me to leave. Sorry couldn't help more.
