Are you referring to the turtle that was on that discovery channel show " Surgery Saved My Life " the one that they used the skin off the tail and 2 sautee pan lids to rebuild that little turtle it was very moving

Neither, it's disabled. Can't be homeless cos the shell is part of it's anatomy and henceforth it can't be naked either cos it's naked even with it's shell.
