How to get scratches off a phone screen?

I have got a lot of scratches on my phone screen. They aren't deep. Is there anything I may have lying around the house that can remove these scratches??

There's a product called Displex that works pretty well, or you can use toothpaste, it works on screens as it works for removing CD/DVD scratches.

a humid cloth, not too humid but not dry and careful not to let it touch anywhere other than the screen.
