Serena is the only unseeded player to reached the Finals?
Serena beat 4 seeded players as high as five to do so -- coming in unseeded and 89 in World. Won 2003 and 2005. Serena last opponent was a 7 year old Czech and Serena creamed her.
Sharapova struggled against her earlier opponents and then beat Clijister easily. Never being in the finals before here but rise began when she best Serena in Wimbledon..
Expereince vs Mocky = Serena;
Determination vs Cocky = Serena; and
Dark Horse vs Front Runner = Serena

Well, it is Shriekapova who does all the screaming, so I think she will choke mid match. It's time Serena teaches the loud speaker that matches can be won without deafening your opponent.

i don't think of that Maria will win French Open yet, yet Australian Open per risk. Maria is extra effective on annoying court docket then on clay. So i think of she has a extra effective risk of wining Australian Open.

I like your spin on the question...is really is about who will choke oftentimes in the women's finals... But, I think Serena will win it. She is very determined and cannot be stopped when that is the case.

well,there were actually some players who were unseeded and they reached the grand slam final.serena is not the 1st,i think.i really hope she can win this whole thing again to prove the critics wrong.but i have the feeling that sharapova is gonna beat her this time.lets cross our fingers.=p

I think it will be Sharapova because I don't think that Williams is any good. She should've lost to Vaidisova except that Vaidisova struggled. Sharapova will win 6-0,6-0.
And Serena is not the only unseeded player to reach the finals. Please do not capitalize Finals - the Finals are the NBA Finals.
