My sister bought a new couch and our cousin wrote on it with a pen. Nothing she tried would get the ink out. Finally after a couple of years the stain disappeared. I guess it's just something to wear over time. Sorry.

I have successfully removed pen marks from an ultrasuede sofa using hairspray, I use the pump bottle because it gives you better control during application than aerosol. Saturate the stain and then take a damp cloth and wipe it until the ink 'disappears'. Re-apply if necessary until all the marks are gone. Good luck!

If you know the brand of pen used go to the manufacturer's website, they'll have cleaning solutions for you there.

If its a dry erase pen there is absolutely nothing you can do because of the pigments that they use. (My 2yo did that one)
