Are Americans Weak?
in a manner of speaking yes we are. How many of you complain about what goes on in America ? How many of you actually do something about ? Have you written your congressman, senator, etc...and cast your opinion ? Remember they are not mind readers either ! How many of you actually read the bill's proposed to the house, and then respond to the bill ?
Most people don't realize that when there is a bill going thru the house, that behind (attached to the back) of that bill is a lot of little bills, that's how a lot of these rediculious laws get passed, we become so over whelmed with the big picture we forget the little picture attached, because it's not as big and shinny, but in the long run it can do more damage. This is how the big businesses have become big, and so controling, one little step at a time.
We have the right to change anything, Americans can change anything, we just have to make the effort to change things

I understand what is being said. Americans love to fuss and complain, moan and grown about things they don't like. Let's face it, and to rely on people that are above your social and economical level to make decisions for you as a whole, without input from you, then how are they to serve Americans wiithout our input ? If the people complaining all the time would actually make a contribution and a contact...complaining to the right people then just maybe something in America would change for the better. Our economy is horrible, health care is horrible, pay scale is horrible, unemployment is horrible, so why don't people start complaining to the congress and senate? Because it's easier to sit back and say "well i voted", and that all i have to do. America is about to become a third world country if something is not done......................

Well. I can see why Americans can be viewed as weak but actually they are very dangerous. Americans are a nation enamored with might and war. They.re always ready to "beat the crap out of somebody". What is really worrying is that they are fast becoming a third world country and as they sink they will more and more blame other countries and probably go to war and use WMD. I'm not kidding The US is in decline. And that is dangerous.

We are weak and apathetic because we can be.. A fat and happy NFL fan isnt a threat to any adgenda. As was stated I think by Cato the elder in Rome oh so long ago. The Roman cares not for the Legion afoot and afar but for the pebble in his own sandle. Think about it. would you consider some tubby schmuck too terrably afraid of losing his job out in the cubicle farm, who is at a sports bar sucking down coctail weenies and hot wings and screaming DE-FENCE a threat to your real adgenda? No, you bank on this idiot to vote you in every four years with tales of tax cuts or class war. Please...Bread and circuses, bread and circuses... If you want real change in America, get real. The devil is in the details and we dont do details. After all as a truck owner I can say first hand as long as the bananas I deliver to Duluth Minnesota in January are on the shelves and done cheap, (because here in America you have a "right:" to cheap bananas in duluth MN in january) the schmucks can scream DE-FENCE! And all will be right with the world...So in closing YES, WE ARE A NATION OF WEAKLINGS, WEAK IN THE HEAD WEAK IN THE HEART AND COMPLETELY BARREN OF CHARACTOR.

There are of course many exceptions, but basically Americans are unhealthy in comparison with poorer nationalities, because America is too wealthy. The result is too many Americans eat too much so become grossly overweight, as well as indulging in unhealthy lifestyles such as smoking, excessive consumption of alcohol, grossly inadequate exercise and other such bad habits through.and succumbing to soft living.
That is why Americans are weak, but U. S.success in warfare is because of superior technology and weaponry compared to the rest of the world, despite the inferiority of the human specy compared to good fighting nations like the British and Nepalese.

Weak is not the correct term for what you describe.
Lazy would be a better term, but the reality, in my opinion, is that Americans feel powerless to stop the corruption of politicians in Washington DC.
I prefer to stick with local elections and local politics, as we still have a real voice locally.
The next time a local election occurs in your area, note the number of people who actually vote, compared to presidential elections.
Americans need to VOTE and vote in local elections to have a voice in what happens near their homes, instead of what happens hundreds of miles away.

When self responsibility disapeared and was replaced by excuses, it wiped out what ever dignity the U.S. had.
We have become a society who drugs kids, make excuses for failure and insist it's the others person fault.
The political clout have their own agenda regardless what most Americans believe or want.

usa's capability isn't up spectacular wikileaks. in user-friendly terms usa itself can make certain if that's going to stay head of the p.c... Your caricaturization and overuse of hyperbole in #one million is a techniques off. As a Ron Paul supporter i've got faith there are various issues that should stay secret. i'm no longer inevitably a supporter of wikileaks. One has to confess that a number of the failings they released is stable to be out interior the open. yet you comprehend that and that's obtrusive that your basically trolling.

America seems to be controlled by huge corporations. George W. Bush seems to be their pawn in a chess game.
I vote straight Democratic. I hope that helps. I have tried to fight so many battles and lost, that I now am just tired.
I am not fat, and I do not watch reality shows.

That's right, America is going to become a third world country, and it seems as though no one cares, or wants to get involed to prevent it. Unemployment is so high righ now because of outsourcing all of our labor to other countries, American job market is becomming very slim.........

There is a fat, lazy, ethnocentric part of our society which prefers to sit home watching reality shows and eating fast food than actually trying to take action.
The rest of us will be in Washington on Saturday...:)
