Where can i get ringtones, wallpapers etc for my mobile (preferably free) without having to subscribe to anything?

Phone Sherpa isn't free but it does have the advantage that you only pay once. I upload lots of ringtones and wallpapers from my own music so for me it was worthwhile to pay. http://www.phonesherpa.com
