Simply browse to the computer on your network where printer is installed. You will see printers icon there. Simply double click it and the printer is installed right away ready for use.

The easiest way would be Start > Run > \\ComputerName > OK

Double-click the shared printer.

ComputerName should = the name of the PC the printer is connected to on the network.

If you have a router you can plug it in to the port in the back of the router and then all the computer plugged into the router should see it when you use the software that came with the printer.
