I was driving to work one morning, and heard this guy call in a request to the local rock station.......he asked to hear, "The Diarrhea Chain"........
The DJ was like, "WTF?"..........it turned out he wanted to hear, "The Diary Of Jane" but had misunderstood the lyrics.....
I nearly ran off the road laughing!

The only one I can think of this early in the morning is the one they play on TV:

The first time I heard that, I really laughed. I never thought about it that way but I can see where someone would think that.

I've heard alot of songs by Def Leppard and have misunderstood alot of their lyrics. Real lyric:Satellite of love" misunderstood for:I had no idea what was sung until one night I was at a concert and the only way I found out what was said was by a big screen with the words on it". Another one is...I don't know the artists name,but...I have no idea what he sings and I hear..."Blinded by the light wrapped up like a douche...."I know that's something they don't sing but again I have no idea what they sing about. :)
