when somebody apology for their mistake
you can open your heart to forgive if you accept past as past

Ask yourself if it is something that you ever would have done, could have done.
Forgiveness is within anyone. This does not mean you have to forget. This also does not excuse the person you are forgiving from attempting to change his/her behaviour.
