Are white men attracted to Black women?

I've only dated dated Black and Latin guys so far. but I'm attracted to all differnt types of men. I love me some filipino guys and Italians but they never seem to apporoach black women where I live.

I think white men are (or can be) attracted to Black women. The one problem that many white men have with being in a relationship with a black woman is the traditionally power role of the relationship. Traditionally, white men hold the role of having more power and are more strong willed in a relationship. I think that black women are traditionally more independent and free willed and that makes it hard for many traditional white males with closed minds to accept a relationship with a black woman. They are not used to giving up control to a strong, independent black woman.

I think it is number 1 because you have seen black men and white women for a long time and it is becoming more and more ok with people or normal. On the other hand i like white men and in school people don't like to see that for some reason. Over time I think it will be normal for a black women to date a white men

Absolutely. White guys, along with every other race of guys, are after me all the time (also, not so sure it always has to do with my race). There is this one Irish-American, alpha-male of a guy that I'm going nuts to have--so I think the attraction is mutual. But yes, the attraction is definitely there. The problem comes from the cultural differences. Being able to have a relationship with differing beliefs and maybe opposing family and friends can make it extremely difficult for it to work. But trust me, they dream and fantasize about black women something crazy.

Usually MOST white men are attracted to asian women than black women.
Don't ask me why that's just their preferences.
I don't know if it's being prejudice or what.

I guess if you want to date more people outside your ethnicity, you're gonna have to put yourself more "out" there. Don't let the guys come to you, make it your job to introduce yourself to them too. Call adult dating chatlines, fill out online dating profiles, etc...
How do you know some other guys may not be interested in you? maybe they're shy or something. Go up to them and say "Do you wanna dance?" if you're in a club or "My name is....."
Start up a conversation with them.

My friend's black mom married a white guy after divorcing her black husband. Her black husband smacked her face, laid a hand on her, and that's was the end of their marriage. Her white husband respected her more and loved her more and that's why they're still married.
My vietnamese friend dated a black girl and they were such a cute couple.
I don't know what happened to their relationship though.

I'm a white guy 23 and from England, I find all girls from different races attractive. Especially Caribbean girls :) In the UK you see more and more white guys with black girls, increasing loads!!! I guess the problem is all down to what people think and that's what holds people back from interracial relationships. Family beliefs etc. I know that you only really ever used to see white women with black men but in the UK that's changing a lot and its the other way round now.

You need to check your history. White men have
always been attracted to black women. Look at
all the multiracial children spawned during slavery.
Neither of those interracial children were decendants
of black fathers. The main reason you don't see
many white male black female couples is that white
males generally don't want to cross the race barrier
publically and women in general prefer to be treated
with dignity white or black. They tend to want to have
a relationship. It's hard for that to happen If someone
feels ashamed or ostracized or fearful for being seen in public
with you. True there are far more white girls to choose
than other minorities just by numbers alone, but I believe the
major reason you see less white males with other females
of other ethnic backgrounds particularly black is due to
the white males mentality.

If I had to guess, I'd guess that it's the mental climate where you are more than anything else. It's amazing that in the 21st century people are still seeing skin color when they look at each other. There are women of color who resent white women who date men of color, and white women who resent white men who date women of color, and men of color who resent women of color who date white men and so on and so forth. The sad thing is that they are all falling into the trap of racism. When the only reason one is resented is the race, it's racism, whether you are a person of color or not. Look at it this way, the eyes lead straight to the soul and you can see that if you look past the skin and into the eyes themselves. Good luck, and I know that there are a multitude of "guys" of all description who would love to go out with you.

Again, it has something to do with a majorityof the racist-caucasian-forefathers, passing racism to their grandchildren. Also the media. We must find a way to wipe out racists in this world.

But actually, half-white and half-black are far the most unique individuals. Surely, you know Mariah Carey: her father is black, her mother is white... Tiger Woods (black) has a scandinavian (white) wife

Sure! A lot of them are! Us white guys can be shy about stuff like that. There are a lot of black woman who laugh at a white guy for asking because they tend to "stick to their own race" (which ain't fair, either) like a lot of white people do. That makes it awkward to ask.

I know what you're thinking...You always see black guys with white women but rarely see white guys with black women.

I've dated white women, hispanic women, asian women...this white guy ended up marrying a black woman.

Oh, and if there are any racists out there who wish to comment about that...go shove it up your @$$.
