Because there are about 1 billion of them. We you are talking of about a billion people over at least 30 different cultures across the world, how could you possibly expect them to be all the same.
Do all christians look a like to you? Do they all practice their faith the same way?
Islam has been around for more than 1000 years, half the time of christianity. It stands to reason that some do and some don't.

Culture. I'm sat here wearing a pair of jeans form next and a t-shirt from Camden market. Islams tells us we should dress modestly but it doesn't tell us exactly what to wear. Arab culture is totally different to European, American, Asian, south Asian culture etc. Thats why everyone does not dress the same.

Depends. Some women get offered violence from their families if they don't wear Islamic appropriate clothes. Others (usually Moslem newbies) do it by choice to express their new faith.
