Pop them on your feet and put one foot in front of the other - thats wearing them while walking, or you can get a bit of a trot on and then you'll be wearing them while running xxxxxxxxx

put them on your feet, the right one on the right foot and the left one on the left foot, otherwise they will be uncomfortable
