I've seen many questions that get over 50 votes, but only 2 or 3
ratings. If everyone that voted, gave a "thumbs up" rating would
give the best answer 50 more points, thus reflecting their best
answer in their points amount.
I enjoy receiving points. Therefore, everyone that responds to
this question with a decent answer or better, will not only receive
a "thumbs up" on this question, but will receive "thumbs up"
ratings for up to 10 questions that you have answered and
received best answers for.

Sometimes I dont even answer questions that have a lot of answers, I just go through and give thumbs up to ones that I agree with. Sometimes I will even go back to questions I did answer and see what other people have said and vote for the ones I like too. Its just something else to do when the questions are slow in the categories I like.

I like getting thumbs up, although I get a lot more thumbs down. I do try to give thumbs up to answers I thought were well thought out or witty. I guess I would get more thumbs up if I stayed away from certain categories like religion and politics....but I just can't help myself!

Yea, I noticed that too. So many good answers get completely ignored! I like getting thumbs up and I am sure others do too!
