its generally a pretty cool word and very versatile its like the F word except only blacks can use it and not get offended by it.
my kids use it when talking to their friends .and they are white. i tell them that i dont want to hear that word ever. but i have to admit white people dont have a word that can be used a versatilly as that one. wouldnt you agree?

I know white rapper wannabes are dropping N's on each other nowadays, but I doubt the word will ever make it into the mainstream. It simply has too much emotional baggage attached to it.

The only reason why its so cool is because u kinda feel BAD when u use it, and its like an adreniline rush, cuz u dont know if theres a black perosn standing around the corner bout to beat u down.
I dont use it, and you should tell your kids that its really not safe for them to use it!

I agree its wrong and you get major points for telling them to stop. WHy? Because if they get to comfortable using the word they might say it in front of the wrong peopel and get seriously hurt or worse. Second its a word created to deeply insult us all. We have no excuse for using it but thats not your issue. And your word to use is DUDE!

i have been called cracker, white boy, white bread etc etc by black people. Believe it or not i could care less. I normally laugh and forget about it. Alot of the times i was called these names because they were trying to intimidate me and that makes me laugh even harder. People get too uptight about dumb stuff. Get comfortable with who you are and others opinions don't matter. MOMMY MOMMY so and so called me a name!!! HA HA HA.

What they should do in the States is fine anybody that uses the "N-word" in public.
It will be interesting to watch how many Black people will cry "racism" as they will definetly be the most frequently fined.

as long as no body hears you you can say whatever you want to say,just like me when im on my basement doing something,everytime i make a mistake i will always say some of those words and more but i also make it sure that not even my wife hears it or else it will be world war 4

I don't ever say the N word because it isn't necessary to even think it. Why say a word that you know hurts a lot of people.

I disagree, and suggest you tell your kids to stop using it. Many black people should be ashamed of their racism. It's ironic that a people so hurt by racism would treat it as a form of unity and entertainment.
