Staple razor wire to your hands and pull. After the bandages come off you will look uncut.

i heard that tugging does the trick;
it is scientifically proven that when putting an emphasize on skin like pulling after a period of time, it will grow slowly. look it up i dont want to get into detail though.

Get circumcised!! Why go through a whole lot of crap like taping back your foreskin, when you can get it taken off permanently? You obviously want to look like you've been circumcised, so why not just get it done??!! I did, and have never regretted it.
