For the last couple of wks, I have been having some problems with my arms & hands....
When I drive, my arms will hurt, my hands will cramp up, & my arms will start to feel heavy...when I am writing, my hand feels like it falls asleep....when I am typing, my arms will hurt...& feel heavy...OMG..dont get me started on showering...but I mean..it REALLY takes its toll....I feel like I have 20 lb bricks on my arms...

My Mom says this might be a circulation problem or an oxygen problem....

I have an appt to see a Dr., but it isnt until Feb. 10th....

Anyone have any ideas what this might be? or suggestions...

Not looking for a diagnoses from anyone, just something I might be able to take to the Dr & suggest him looking for...

It could be 'Carpal Tunnel Syndrome", a nerve entrapment at the wrist area of both hands....what do you do for a living? Do you type a lot? Your doc will do a detailed physical exam and EMG or NCS (Electro Myelography or Nerve Conduction Study). This is usually treated with Splint placement or Physical Therapy.
It can be a nerve damage at your neck region (Cervical spine) .....how old are you? Did you recently get into an accident? Do you have loss of sensations/Tingling/Pins and Needle sensations? Your doc might want to get an MRI of cervical spine.
Good luk

Dear
Nothing to worry
Before appearing before Doctor. Practice this for 10 days
Take Orange Juice in the morning. avoid black coffee.little jog or walk in the morning ,and while sleeping keep your feet on a pillow
for a raised position.
If you have copper vessel or a glass put water of 300 ml inside it and put one small gold coin cover it and in the morning when you wake up drink the water. You will see the difference
