Can someone tell me what the Tagalog word "Magkakaron" means in english ??

Magkakaraon is the right spelling and it means "I'm going to have"
Magkakaraon na ako ng Angel means I'm going to have an Angel.

magkakaron means having something...if she's referring to magkakaron na ako ng angel,she means 2 things,it's either she's pregnant or she's going to have a helper in the house.Sometimes we filipinos call our helper in the house as angel because we try not to call them as maids,for respect.

it can mean "i'm about to have.. or i'm going to receive..". in your sentence there, it says "i'm going to have an angel."

i dunno i think "I gonna have an angel" or maybe someone is pregnant "i gonna have a baby"
