The pillow suggestion is good if your worried about that, but liquid that flows out is just the semen which is a medium to get the sperm inside of you... once they are in there, they know what to do. When we decided to start our family we ummm made deposits, everyday for a month, sometimes 2-4 times a day. We had twins that time. the second time even with a condom, we had a suprise pregnancy and conceived our last.
I never used a pillow and it was messy.
Trying to get pregnant is all about timing. I didn't want to take a chance on missing it or depend on tests to tell me when I was ovulating, and I love making love to my husband and vice versa so it wasn't hard to do the everyday for a month thing. lol Hope this helps you and good luck in bringing a little one into your lives.

It doesn't take an entire load of semen to get you pregnant, just one sperm. It is normal for it to leak back out after sex and you can still conceive if this happens. If you want to improve your chances of conception you can lay down with a pillow under your hips but when you get up no matter what the semen will come out.

This isnt meant to sound gross but the father of my kids, was could we say messy. If it goes up,its gonna come out.Maybe try pelvic floor muscle exercises afterwards because they will swim and it can take up to 3 days for the sperm to even penetrate the egg.Why not try sitting yourself up,with a pillow under your bum, legs up on bed head and do the pelvic floor exercises.Heres wishing you all the best.Happy baby making.

As Wendysorangeblossoms answered is not matter of quantity...just one sperm is enough. You have to watch for other parameters like the day of cycle, to make a sperm-control, the quantity of alcohol that you consumed before sex etc.
Also, don't wash extremely well the vagina after sex.

Try inserting an Instead cup after intercourse. It will help to keep the sperm close to the cervix, bettering your chances of conception.

Also, as silly as it sounds, the female having an orgasm AFTER the man ejaculates helps the cervix to 'dip' into the semen and help get them up to where they need to be.

Good luck!

I find that if we shower before and get ready for bed it helps keeping everything inside. Just have some fun in the shower, move it to the bed...and go to sleep afterwards! It's what you want to do anyway so...Sleeping for several hours afterward helps keep almost all of it inside. :)

That is normal. After sex stay lying down for 10 minutes to help your body absorb as much as possible.
