What's the best way to get someone to enchant you items on World of Warcraft?

One go to www.thotbott.com and run a search for enchants. Pick one from the list that you would like and then go get the materials listed for that enchant from your auction house. The enchanter will already have the rod that is necessary to do the enchant. Once you know the enhchant you want and have the materials need then just message your trade channel "WTB *enchant * have mats, will tip."

Now you will have a plethora of enchanters at your disposal. I suggest that you tip 1 gold to the enchanter if you need a standard every day enchant. If you want something a bit better you should consider how much you paid for the mats and tip appropriately. If you paid 1-30 gold for your enchant materials its ok to tip 1-5 gold. If your paying 30-80gold in mats 5-10 gold is appropriate and if your paying 80-300 or more you should be tipping no less than 15-25g.

Follow my guidelines and Enchanters will go out of there way to help you rather then you coming to them. Once you build a good repor with an enchanter they may even put you on the "i'll enchant you for free list."

So its vital that you know what you want for an enchant. If you dont go look all the enchants up. No one whats to spend 25 minutes trying to help you figure out which highend enchant that you want and then come to find out you only have 3 gold when the materials cost several hundered gold. Now you just wasted his time when he could have been enjoying the game without your interferance.

By knowing your enchant needed by having your materials needed the enchanter can simply open trade window and enchant you within moments. you got your enchant. He has his tip, and everyone is happy.

By skipping the tip you risk not getting your enchant done at all. Best of luck

Also you can join a guild that has an enchanter. that's how I get a lot. sometimes you still need the mats, but with a friend or a guild enchanter, you can usually skip the tip, especially if you have the mats.
