This is rediculous, there are many slang and hurtful words people use. We can not make a law to control the ignorance of some people. We still have some right to show our stupidity and let the people react to them as they should. We have some rights to free speech left even though they are getting fewer all the time

Does this mean whites will have less Freedom of Speech than people of other races? BTW, what if a Hispanic or Asian or whoever else uses the "N" word? What next? Whites restricted from talking about Fried Chicken or Watermelon in front of blacks?

This is sooo old. I stand here everyday with Proud Americans that are Black and Latino and In uniform. And If they get killed the Flag drapped over them is RED WHITE AND BLUE. Time to grow up on this one folks We need Americans to be Americans first! Not Black, Not Muslim or Jew, Not Italian or any thing else be proud of it yes but be American first. Let them make the law if they must but just get past it and the Law will hold No Value.
