Try applying for a grant. There are grants offered by the "Fulbright commission" in Dukki, and the Amideast institution.
I guess the website of the Fulbright is :
www.fulbright-egypt.org or something like that.
and the amideast goes www.amideast.org. What you will do there is go and ask for grants "mena7" in your field of specialization. If you are lucky you will find yourself in America without paying a dime.
I did that and it worked for me, poor me I had to come back cuz I got sick. I wish you will do better than me.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. that's like 99% of Egyptian youth's dream!
But I tell u guys, get a life, work hard in ur country. I've been there, done that. I was born in USA for Egyptian parents and I lived in both places, usa and Egypt. I like them both. I'm now in Egypt and I thought my husband would take advantage of my American Citizen but he did not. We're still living here.. happily. I've seen many Egyptian men who have spoiled their lives marrying someone older to them, non-muslim, not pretty, just so they can get to live in USA and be American citizen. GGGRRR, I hate men who do that. they really ruin their life. USA is not as easy and nice of a living as u think. U can have a hell of time looking for a job and at the end of the month u wont have enough money to pay for rent and bills. Yes, u can get rich, but after long yrs of suffering. I believe u can do the same here in Egypt if u really work hard and try to find a way to earn a good living. anyway, good luck. But u shudnt be asking this question cuz u r not the only 1 who wants to do so and it is not so easy for u to get so we won't probably have a good answer for u that will make u fly directly to the land of the free within days
