first sign of madness, is supposedly talking to urself, so do or don't u???

my housemate does it all the time, but my theory is as long as he's not having full blown arguments with himself, then alls good, and no need to lock my door at night

I talk to myself at home all the time.
The trouble comes in when I am at Walmart ...and I am say looking at the shampoo and conditioners ... someone will walk by and stare at me.. and suddenly I will realize that I was talking outloud about whether or not it was conditioner or shampoo I needed !! :)

Its fine to talk to yourself. I think it is helpful and healthy. Now when you start having full conversations with and answering yourself... Well that is a different story.

Well... My Dad and I talk to ourselves all the time!! People do look at us funny, but that's the way we are and I don't care what people think, I like talking to me!! I am a fun person! :)

well, can you keep a secret? When I get a violation, I mumble to myself, and have sometimes been asked by my teenager what in the world are you talking about....hehehe....happens to the best of us...

I do, I'm afraid to say. I try to cover it by saying "Oh, I'm just thinking out loud!". But actually I think I'm going mad.
Still, at least someone listens to me!
