The first one is:
(0.000024)(0.0004) = 9.6 x 10^-9
This is because you multiply 2.4 by 4 = 9.6, and then the 10 stays the same and -9, comes from adding -4 + -5 = -9.

2. Well if u should multyply answer 1 by seven then the answer for this would be 0.000000672, that can be also wirten as 6.72 x 10^-7 or 6.72-E7
