How do I unset Read-only of IE's Temp file folder "Temporary Internet Files". I have tried removeing read-only from properties of the folder, but in vain. I do not get any error message, but the next time I go to properties of that folder it is shown as read-only once again.

It's not the problem on my computer only as I have tried this on several computers.

That is a quirk with Windows XP. When you look at a folders properties it has Read Only checked. You uncheck it and when you go back in to look it is checked again. There is nothing you can do about it. Check out the link I posted from Microsoft and it will explain it.
