Instead of splurging money on established players by the so-called corporates for marketing their products and making them as Brand Ambassadors, they can spend that amount by distributing sports kits and creating sports instructure at every district head quarter level. Thereby we will have a talented pool of people who can excel at sports. Role of governement should be minimised. One can have more national and regional sport competitions (here also corporates can spend money or organize competitions), so that selectors can pin out the par excellent performers.

Now sports culture must run in school level it selp.but unfortunetlly there is no bond for sports in exames and markscard specilly public exams.

many of the girls dont like sports............they must creata an interest towards it..............whenever someone in their house is watching sports channel they feel bored and scold the person who is watching it.......they can atleast watch one time and know whats there in it...............surely if they watch one time they would like it......all the girls dont mistake me...............even i am a girl............i used to be like that,but after awatching a match,my sports interest developed............it will also creata patriotism among us during international matches.
