Mountain Dew is the better of the two, but Pepsi is my drink. I only drink MD if i need a quick pick me up, and sprite if i have an upset stomach

Depends.
Sprite has no caffeine, if that's a factor.
Mountain Dew isn't as useful as Sprite for mixing cocktails.
Usually, I'd tend towards Sprite, or better yet, 7-up. But that's because I don't usually drink soda except in cocktails.

Depends on what kind of soda you're looking to drink. If you want something crisp and with a little bite "SPRITE"
If you want something that goes down smooth and refeshing "Mountain Dew"
I myself prefer Mountain Dew
