Most probably, we don't have a Grameen Bank (Bangladesh - Muhammad Yunus won the latest Nobel peace price for the same) type of a bank in India..

The so-called "Cooperative banks" are supposed to be not-for-profit, but for helping out the cooperative members when they need money..they collect money from their members (who effectively become shareholders of the bank), and lend it only to members who need them. The earnings made from the interest paid on the load is distributed back to the shareholders (members)..(So not exactly a not-for-profit bank!)

As of now India does not have not for profit banks. Though some of the times the govt of India will allow to waive the loans but all this will come under non performing assets which the concerned banks have to erase from their earnings
