it's usually after a night out which might be the cause, i'm a bit concerned obviously, it's a pale green colour, i have no other symptoms. what could be the problem?

Feces are naturally dark brown because of the stomach bile that the liver secretes for digestion. If this is a one-time thing, don't worry. If this is constant, your liver is shutting down. Get to see a doctor immediately.

If you have no other Symptoms, than it must be what you ate
or what you drank, on the other hand it should be checked out,
by your Doctor, it sounds like you have an infection.

The food coloring in grape soda will often cause green feces.

This is not serious if you have consumed a food which explains it. Iron-rich foods can do it. Also consuming a lot of chlorophyll-rich food (like algae supplements) can do it.

Did you take Pepto-Bismol after your "night out"? It will temporarily turn your stool green.

purple welch soda makes your feces green also. its probably just something you ate. dont worry!
