Yes. In the US, you can take courses as part of a degree program in education. (I can make recommedations for offerings in California or Minnestoa.) This specility within the Special Education field is known as Adult Transition Education. I have one of the rare mater's degree's in this field. The target population for services is students ages 18-22. Other non-educational agencies, such as Regional Centers for state departments of disabilities, may service clients ages 18+ or 22+.
