If you are referring to high on drugs, no. But that particular word doesn't make sense to me as far as drugs go, because usually if you are using illegal drugs you are usually at a low point in your life emotionally. So, wonder why they don't call it "low" instead of "high".

The highest I was, was in a plane I think, but I don't remember the exact altitude, especially if you want it in feet! It was not very high anyway...
