They were a simpler time. People were kinder, friendlier and healthier. There wasn't all this stress to 'keep up' or the technology to push is further. It was what it was with very little analysis or second guessing.

the 1950's technically speaking,when the USA was free of war & the economy was good,& innocence still existed! Personally I was born in the 50's and don't remember much of it but from my parents stories it was a great time to be alive..=)My own fav. from memories is '68 thru '78,oh the fun I had! =)

I was a teenager in the early 70's and that was a very promiscuous time. If you weren't getting "it" regularly you were either gay or so damn ugly...get the drift. It was a great time which probably explains why all of us born between 1950 and 1960 are "hornbags".

Hanging out with my friends and having sleepover's and pranking people on the phone, stealing dad's car, going to all-night skating,
haning out at the 7/11 with friends. grandpa taking me to the beagle club, they were his favorite dogs. and of course going to pick berries with grandma to make pies.

In my late teens, It was the absulute best years of my life, by the means of friends,party, cars and booze.

According to my mum, it was the 70s. I don't really feel that way (yet) about any era. Perhaps I will one day.
