Not much...maybe 4 pounds or so. Yep, sorry that other extra 30 is yours, but chin up, much of it is water.

Between four and five pounds. This is an estimate so your baby could be a little more or less but an average would be roughly four and a half pounds.

My son was estimated to be 5lb 4oz by ultrasound at this gestation. He was born 2 weeks later weighing 6lb 12oz so they were probably fairly spot on!!!
