This answer might not be as much as you want but let me explain a bit.
Teenagers usually commit crime for these things:
They do it because of the group they are in.
They do it to show others that they have grown up.
And because of some complexes.

Because they are not brought up right,since the government took the rights of the parents away for spanking, and call it child abuse the children have gone wild now , the children are beating up the parents, taking guns to school,beating other students hitting teachers,joining gangs because the parents aren't allowed to discipline them when they sneak out, stealing cars, and breaking into cars, and houses, and all this stems from the lack of discipline from the parents whom the government took the rights away from the parents to spank their kids, so think about all that, and you will realize its is true.

I think because teenagers still searching and seeking for something. And since they cannot bear the pressures for that and no one seems reach out a hand for them to find out the 'answers', they think commit suicide is the best way to do.
