I have already reformatted and reinstalled but it isn't working the way it should and I don't really have a lot of time so want to pay someone to do it for me.

normally about sixty bucks but you can easily do it yourself. if you need help, normally most hobbyists at the local swap meet can give you advice.

It is easy to do it yourself as long as you have the original XP Cd etc. Do a google search and you will find heaps of sites that willl step you through it. You will lose any info you have stored on your Hard drive though which I guess won't matter if it doesn't work anyway. Make sure of what the problem is first. it may be something else. You need to let people know what the symptoms are so they can help you.

I just had to clean my computer the other day...I mean wipe it clean. If you have a dell computer you can use ctrl+F4 on start up. This will bring you to a System Restore Screen. You Click on the restore button and your computer will wipe itself clean. It will start up just the way it did when you opened it out of the box. Remember to backup all the files you dont want to lose cause you WILL lose them if you dont. I believe this process is called Destructive Restore. Wipes it clean and it starts up nice and quick afterwards.
