The same as you would at home. You can go to hotels and cafes that have open (unsecured) systems for free, or in places like Starbucks you can buy log-on hours at a rate which is cheaper than most Internet Cafes.
PS Do't forget the International Insurance before you leave home.

Technically - yes, absolutely no problem. But when you arrive you may need to buy "airtime" for public wireless internet - it depends where exactly you're going. Speak to your hotel in advance and find out if they have free unsecured wireless, or whether they will give you their WEP/WPA passwords because you are a guest.

Leave it here. There are plenty of Internet cafes. Your just asking for trouble with airport security, thieves, and it could get broke during the long trip. Isn't worth it.
