is it normal when after sex a man has blood on his p***s and woman isn't virgin and doesn't have a period.does anyone know why???

how much blood?
sometimes that can happen, if rough or DEEP sex is involved. hitting the cervix can do that..and even a couple of days before your period that can happen.

It's not normal. It could be a sign of an infection or even cervical cancer or something as minor as that he hit your cervix. If this happened to you, you need to see your gyno ASAP!

um....use a condom.....
he may have torn something, meaning the blood was his, but usually it would piss out a lot if he was still erect...i don' think it is 'normal'
