It does seem as though others are being a bit harsh on you. However, it is true that you really must be more careful. Most people have 'accidents' at some point in their lives, so don't worry too much, just learn from it.
The morning after pill messing with your cycle. It is quite common for it to make you early or up to 5 days late. With an abortion as well I would certainly say your cycle is pretty messed up at the moment.
I mark in my diary (discreetly), the first day of every period so I can calculate my average monthly cycle. I recommend you do this so you will learn to understand your body's cycle a bit more.
Oh, and yes it sounds like a period to me. However, because of the abortion, if it gets unusually heavy, seek medical advice.
Be careful, look after your body, you only have one!

People are being really harsh to you and that's a shame. You probably know you've been foolish. But we all make mistakes, hopefully you're still young and will learn your lesson.
You ought to see your doctor again to make sure you're fully aware of what is going on. As for the pill, if you're bleeding, now is the time to start, but you won't be definitely protected for 7 days. The doctor will probably want to err on the side of caution too, but get an appointment and make sure. I'm sure you don't want to have to go through another abortion.
And remember, you have to take the mini pill at the same time every day. And if you miss one, you're not protected. It takes 7 days to be protected again. Need i tell you to be careful?

Did you know that modern Natural Family Planning is as effective as the pill (i.e. over 99%), has absolutely no side effects and is immediately reversible when you do decide to have a family?
Learn how your body works and respect it, as you should respect the newly concieved unborn child...

maybe the pill is too hard for you to remember to take...try a different birth control method...IUD? the patch? condoms? Depo shot? If you have questions, ask your doctor, or you can go to
plannedparenthood.org for explanations on those types of birth control. good luck and be careful, this is not a subject to be taken lightly.

Start taking sex education classes instead, to avoid future "accidents."

I would suggest that you go to your doctor quickly. Nothing good in guessing here.
