I want to know the all procedure and conditions for it.I have passed my 10th with76% and completed 2years I.T.I. in electronics mechanic successfully with firstclass.

Well, keep at it and look up the application procedures to the universities you are interested in. Many schools may help you apply and work with you to get a visa, passport, etc. so that you can attend.

For engineering I would recommend Penn State University. It is an excellent and well respected school in the USA, and the price is much cheaper than MIT or another school that will teach you the same courses.

Its a site for Indians from all over the world. If you ask a question there, you will get answers from Indians who are in US or Canada and who have studied engineering there. They will be able to help you better since they have already finished their studies and because they are Indians, they will know exactly what you are talking about when you say 'board exams' or 'first class'...
