Has anyone seen this film? What do you think?

I am of two minds. Thought it could have been worthwhile had the role of the wife been beefed up and/or character of daughter/son introduced.

My own father, then age 95, took up with a younger woman who has displaced me in his will. True, he gave me the occasional £50 for an outfit over many years; but that is not exactly the same thing as one`s inheritance.

The havoc which senile involvement of an older person with a younger can have on the family of the elder is the only redeeming thing about a story like this.

Otherwise it is smutty, seedy and irrelevant.

And that ad campaign.....Venus with coke bottle. What Smut!

The British seem to thrive upon appearing more renegade than the Americans; thus allowing the Americans to come off as morally superior. This is untrue; and for it to appear true Brits must sink their cinema lower than low.

Comments anyone?
