Apparently its more than 99% effective so its highly unlikely that you are pregnant. Of course there is that less than 1% chance you are;0)
Check out this website:

It should tell you all you need to know.
Hope this has helped:0)

It is very good at preventing pregnancies. Although, if you are overweight it is slightly lower. If you take medication for epilepsy then it's slightly lower. I am on the contraceptive implant and apart from the side effects I love it. I am in a long term relationship so we don't use condoms but if you are with a new partner, either use a condom or both of you go and get your checks done.

Your Doctor should have told you before fitting it. I'd expect that it is maybe more than 90% but not 100%
By the way they generally work out the stats by saying per 100 women/couples using a particular form of contraception, how many will still get pregnant per year. Rather than what's the chance each time you have sex.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Well, it's supposed to be very effective, so it should be rare. HOWEVER.. sometimes they can get moved or a wire comes off, or whatever.. and they CAN fail like any other birth control. If you "feel" pregnant, take a home pregnancy test.. or goto the dr. Getting pregnant with an implant could cause miscarriage, and cause problems in a pregnancy.

It's certainly not 100% guaranteed. If you are pregnant, though, you need to find out right away to avoid complications. Test today, or better yet, go to the doctor.

The only sure way not to fall pregnant is not to have sex so I would say that it could be likely that you may be pregnant, I would suggest that you see your doctor asap about this. Good luck
