Like above mentioned, how can I obtain the copyright clearance information regarding Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy) songs? Is there a way I could contact him or his publisher so that I could use the song in my video which I intend to submit for competition?

Look at the very bottom of the CD case in very small print you can usually find an address to write to . Hope this helps or you could see if the group has a myspace.com account and login to it.

Hello ... I was in the military and had a NATO secret clearance. They checked my background and everything after I joined. So to answer your questions by your numbers... 1st - Apply for the job and see what the employer says. I don't think you can just go and get a clearance for no reason. There isn't a security clearance office like there is a DMV or what have you. You have to have a reason to NEED a clearance. Like I said apply for the job. 2nd - There are several levels of clearance levels. I am not 100% sure of each level or anything but Top Secret isn't the highest but it sure is up there. 3rd - Like I said above you have to have a reason (job) for getting a clearance at all. I am sure you qualify being a US citizen, no matter what state you are in. So MA will not hinder you at all. J/K 4th - I wouldn't think there is a agency or a fee, and if there is a fee I would think your future employer would incur that cost. I hope this helps at all. Have a good one and good luck!
