I have found most brands of waterproof mascara to be quite reliable the cheap and the expensive, maybe it's water proof you should go for rather then smudge proof, they are a little harder to remove but a couple of baby wipes should do the trick.

i love maybelline great lash. Its the new edition one. It has spread out things so it really separates your lashes and doesnt get clumpy. Its lasted me soo long too! Also colletion 2000 is so good and really reasonable! I also love 17 waterproof mascara. Just make sure you dont go swimming or anything with mascara on-and make sure it is waterproof. And dont apply loads because that will smudge!

I always end up using the same mascarra, when ever my mascarra runs out i always want to try something different and buy a new one and when i get it home and try it its rubbish so i go back to the shop and buy the one i had first and that is maybelline great lash. It doesnt smudge or clog and really defines the eye lashes. The brush is perfect too, not too big so it doesnt clog up.

If you buy a good quality mascara and apply it properly and don,t rub your eyes, you shouldn't get panda eyes. Try Lash Lift by Max Factor.

As others have already said, try a waterproof mascara, if this dosn't work think about having your eyelashes dyed to give them more definition.
Also, if you use eyeliner, it may be that which is smudging, not your mascara.

I suggest putting powder under your eyes that way that way the mascara wont sick to your skin. If you just want volume but dont need color use a clear mascara that way you wont get panda eyes

there could be some issues occurring. one, you need to be utilising to lots so it flakes/cracks off in the process the day, or 2) you need to purpose those varieties the place you need to placed a sparkling coat over it to hold it on greater desirable or 3) your mascara could be previous and so thats why it likes to come again off, or its basically dryed out by skill of itself 4) your hair certainly makes its very own oils and stuff, and so those on your eyelids must be doing a similar factor, and faces are oily too, so possibly the oil is there, and it reasons the mascara to "slide" off. earlier you placed on the mascara attempt usuing a cleansing soap to bathe your eye section so its no longer oily. then in the process the day, use those oil strips on your face to maintain the oil off
