They couldnt see any thing expect the sac. Has this happened to anyone else. I probably expecting to much but I did expect to see a little more than the sac. I quite worried now. I go back next Thursday again at the minute it seems like a life time away.

At 7 weeks you should be able to see something in the sack, many can see heart beat by 7/8 weeks. Are you sure of your dates. I have heard of people who where not as far along as they thought they where. That could be the cause of what appears to be an empty sack.
The other option is waht is called a blighted ovum. This is where the sack appears and you get the pregnancy hormone,but no baby ever grows. It is commen and although very sad it will not stop future chances. But lets hope its the first option. Good Luck next thursday.

By 7 weeks you should be seen quite a bit more then that, a beating heart even. Are you correct on when you got pregnant? You may of ovulated late, or something and that's why it's a bit behind. Try to stay positive. I will pray that everything shows up in the next ultrasound!

This happened to my good friend and I think that they call this a blighted ovum or something like that. There was not a embroyo in the sack but she had all of the pregnancy symptoms. Good luck
